Start the New Year right, with STEMkids. Keep kids active with our Virtual Program. We know many families are stuck at home and feeling the stress of events surrounding COVID-19. Your kids will learn from expert instructors while having fun and making new friends. Our live virtual STEM daily programs will quickly have them creating fun projects within a group of their peers at whatever level they are currently at. Our live instructors make sure that they get the help they need at exactly the right time.

Are you curious to know what really goes on inside your iPod, cellphone, tablet or games? Electronic devices are used everywhere, and after this program you will have
a great understanding how electronics work. Learn electronics the fun and easy way through straightforward lessons, and useful projects. Our young scientists will be
wowed by amazing activities and quality projects, exploring projects ranging from copper tape circuits, wiggling bot, Motor boats and many more. You will also learn many interesting concepts of Engineering and Science.
*Children need access to Zoom on a computer.

*Material bag will be dropped off at the door one week prior to class (materials will not need to be returned).
Scratch Programming
(Level 1 to 3)
Grade 1 to Grade 6
Scratch is a block-based visual programming language and website targeted primarily at children. Users of the site can create online projects using a block-like interface.
The children will mix together different media (including graphics, sound, and other programs) in creative ways by creating and remixing projects, like video games and animations.
*Children need access to Zoom on a computer. Zoom links will be sent out along with additional information after you are registered.
In addition, a software link will be sent to download prior to the class.
Arduino Programming
(Level 1 to 3)
Grade 3 to Grade 8
Arduino is an open-source electronics platform based on easy-to-use hardware and software. It's intended for anyone making interactive projects. Arduino Boards have
been used to control the valves and motors within the latest designs for mechanical ventilators as teams around the world rushed to produce additional volumes of this
critical medical device.The program will introduce you how to use mBlock, and how to program Robots / Arduino Boards with mBlock. No need to buy equipment, we can
let you borrow our Arduino kit for the program. All you need is a computer, internet, and a hunger to learn.
*Children need access to Zoom on a computer.
Zoom links will be sent out along with additional information after you are registered. In addition, a software link will be sent to download prior to the class.
*Material kit will be dropped off at the door one week prior to class.
*$50 kit deposit will be refunded upon the return of the kit in its original condition by the next week of class. Refund will be provided via e-transfer or check.
Python Programming
Grade 3 to Grade 8
Some kids might feel like they just don’t have what it takes to learn Python. The strange combinations of words and punctuation can seem
impossible to decipher. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, but learning the basics of Python isn’t nearly as difficult as it may appear.
You and your peers, will be able to understand difficult concepts of python through fun projects and lessons with the help of our instructors.
